"NinjaFirewall fatal error" after upgrade wordpress

This error means that the NinjaFirewall options stored in the “nfw_options” row from the “wp_options” table are missing.
Did you have problem during the upgrade?
Did the upgrade delete/damage some rows from your database?

You can check in the “wp_options” table. There must be at least 2 rows used by NinjaFirewall:
-“nfw_options”
-“nfw_rules”

If they are missing, you need to reinstall the plugin: remove or rename the PHP INI file, then click on the NinjaFirewall “Overview” menu and the installer will start.

Normally, there is no need to disable NinjaFirewall when you preform an upgrade.

I can’t recognize what make this error. But i have restored from backup and everything work fine. It may be a rare-rate error. The only thing i remember that i have upgraded wordpress and installed some plugins at the same time.

Note that you can export NinjaFirewall’s configuration from the “Firewall Options > Export configuration” menu, so that if you ever faced the same problem, you could restore its configuration and security rules (only the “File Check” configuration will not be exported).
