    Hi,

    Thanks for the plugin.

    Having issue where sender is not being added to the list and no optin mail is sent.

    In plugin settings MailChimp is connected showing correct list, there are no errors in the plugin log page, I added mailchimp action in Ninja form
    Form gets submitted I get an email but user is not added to the list and no opt in mail is sent by ChimpMail.

    What could it be?
    Suggestions?

    Please go to the “MailChimp for WP > Other” page and share with us any errors listed there.

    P.S. Please remove any sensitive data before sharing the logs.

    Thanks for getting back with me.

    As I said no errors, it is empty “– Nothing here. Which means there are no errors!”

    I have opt in selected both in mailchimp and in the form mailchimp action.

    Figured it out, needed to add a checkbox field to the form not just action.

    Didn’t see any instructions on this but maybe I missed it.
