    I just uploaded NinjaScanner v2.0-RC1 (Release Candidate 1) today in the trunk folder. It can be downloaded here: https://downloads.www.ads-software.com/plugin/ninjascanner.zip

    The final version will likely be released in the next few days. If you try this RC1 and see some issues, please report them here.

    What’s new in NinjaScanner 2.0

    * Added a new user interface for the scanner report: nicer UI with a separate section for each items, row action links etc.

    * Added some options to configure the scanner report UI. See “Settings > Advanced Users Settings > Scan report”.
    * New UI is now fully compatible with portable devices.
    * Added an ignored files list: all file moved to that list will be ignored by the scanner, unless they are modified or removed from the list.
    * Improved the file viewer.
    * Added more AJAX actions. All Javascript code was rewritten.
    * Better handling of errors.
    * Added more verbosity below the progress bar when a scan is running.

  • Hello,

    If I could say something about the new ui scan result is that is much more difficult understand and to scroll. I was more comfort alike it was in the previous version. More compact and at to the point. 1.5+- scroll page and was very useful the attention colored labels.

    Thank you for keeping it up!
    /ChriStef.

    There’s still room to improve it.
    The main goal first was to make it easier to clean-up a hacked website. Previous version was a big pain: for instance, to quarantine a file, you had to click on it, then click on the “Quarantine” button, then click on the “OK” button of the dialog box and then, click on another confirmation dialog box. That was fine if you had 2 files to clean-up but not if you had 100’s of them. Many users complained about that. Now you just click once and its gone.
    Also it did not show all files (unknown plugins/themes, MU or Drop-Ins plugins), just their names. That was not possible to view their content.

    Depending on users feedback, I will had more options to customize the interface:
    * Possibility to change to icons size (small, medium, big).
    * Possibility to hide successful tests and to show warning/errors only.
    * Maybe add a summary on the top of the page with the number of problems, errors and warnings.
