NIS 2007 enable sending referrers

This topic of not being able to enable sending referrers is common and there are a number of answers for early versions of Norton, but I have 2007 and have not found the solution. There is no place for privacy controls as with previous versions so does anyone know where to find the place to edit so that wordpress will allow me to change the options area. I have already tried all of the suggested techniques to no avail. Thank you to all
