    Hello,

I am currently using Nisarg theme for my blog, but I really don’t want to see the side bar anywhere.
Is there any way how to disable it completely?

    Thank you!

  • I’m not sure about that, you’ll have to look into the style.css when it’s max-width is mobile size.

    Hi all,

I’m new to this and looking for some support.

Absolutely love this theme, it is perfect for my content but would like to make one custom change. As others have in this thread, I’d like to remove the sidebar and make the page content full screen. However, I would only like to do this on the homepage.

Could somebody give me some guidance around how to do this please? I have followed information in other threads and use a child version of the theme but am unfamiliar with php so require some ‘hand-holding’ whilst I learn.

Any guidance, tips and support is most welcome.

    Thanks in advance.

    You can use the PHP
    is_front_page
for determining whether the page is the home page.

Hi webbersky, thank you for your quick response.

Could you provide some extra information around using this function please?

Assuming this is something I can add to the steps detailed already in this thread, how/where would I place this tag?

    Thanks.
