Nivo slider not loading

  • i see this is common, put every solution involves some coding. i dont understand any of that.

    The site i am working on is a template i downloaded. everything is already in it. it has a nivo slider as part of the setup. when i check the box to show it, the box comes up, but it never loads. i just get that little circle thing in the middle that shows its loading.

    any ideas of what to do? like i said, i didnt install it, so the coding confuses me.

  • It can be a problem with the slider which was last updated on 2010-11-25 (too old). It may not be compatible with the rest of the software. Did you try any other slider?

    i didnt try another. that was the one that came with the template i was using. i wouldnt even know how to try another slider

    i dont know what themeforest is. it was just a free template i downloaded from here https://webtuts.pl/themes/

    When did you download and install it? Since when are you facing the problems?

    just a couple days ago. its a new site and one of its features is the slider. so when i clicked to start it up, it never worked
