Nivo Slider pausing on second slide

  • Hi,

    Here is MY SITE.

    The problem I’m having seems to just be in Chrome at the moment (not tested Explorer yet). Firefox and Safari seem fine.

    Basically I have a (nivo) slider for the home page which is getting stuck on the second image on first load. If you refresh the page it then all works fine. I can’t figure out why it gets stuck initially. Every time I clear the cache and try loading it does it so not random at all.

    I have the same slider implemented on my portfolio page where it is displaying some test images. No problems on any of those, although if you view the source code you will see I have yet to remove some bloat.

    I am beginning to streamline the code so maybe something has gotten out of synch or I’ve deleted something I shouldn’t have.

    Running it though a validator is showing up 3 errors on the home page, although the validator is down for me at the moment so can’t display those right now.

    If it would make it easier to decipher the code I will post up a pastebin.

    Sorry, thought I had fixed this after sorting through the code and removing the validation errors.

    Still getting stuck on the second slide on Chrome ??

    Could anybody confirm if it sticks on Explorer also please?

    and the code for my header which I guess where the error must be: header.php

    Maybe the other JQuery is conflicting with it, but the other slides on the portfolio links all work fine.
