‘nnn’ characters showing up

This is an interesting one, I’m configuring the “Comfy” theme by Deluxe Themes (Paid version), and I’m using Theme Test Drive while everything is being tested. I’m noticing that the characters “nnn” are showing at the top of the page. I clicked “view source”, but do not see the characters anywhere.

I checked the header.php, index.php (both for the theme, and in the root directory), and I don’t see those characters anywhere. Has anyone that has used this theme before run into this?
