No ability to activate and use this plugin?

Looked great from the info page, but then all I get is this.. (Insufficient Permissions)

Then when I finally get something I only get limited choice of pages, none of them allow any kind of product set up or registration?

And now the plugin is trying to tell me I must install a WP Review plugin to work with it??

I have no other plugins activated and I have tried PHP versions from 5.4 which the site was originally running, through 5.5, 5.6 and PHP7 . No difference in all those states?
Any help please?
