No ability to add recurring events for weekends

There is NO doubt this is the best calendar plugin for wordpress, but it is missing one critical feature and that is to add a recurring event not yearly, monthly, but to add like the 2nd weekend of every october yearly or the 1st weekend of november every year.

I would LOVE to see this feature because most events happen on the weekends, occur annually, and take place like on the first weekend of a month.
