My bet is that your admins at tamu.edu have locked things down aggressively. Please give them a poke to see if they can help. (Note that we cannot see your wp-admin page!)

You were correct, I guess they updated some roles and even though i am an admin the IT-Admin removed that from us thank you. I also couldn’t get screenshots to upload to the forum so i wish i could have given you a better picture.
