No ability to manage packages under Woocommerce settings

    I am not presented with the option to add packaging information in the WooCommerce settings. Your setup guide show it right under the box where you select label size, enter credit card info, and choose where email receipts go.

    I have that top section (and have set it up and saved it), but I don’t have the lower section called “Packaging” as shown in the setup guide.

    I’m stuck at this point and clicking the Create Shipping Label button on an order pops up a form for a second, then disappears.

    I have current versions of WP, Woocommerce, Shipping & Tax, and Jetpack.

    Sorry to hear about that.

    For better assistance to help you with this, can you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it by navigating to WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.?

    Also, please share a copy of any fatal error log found under WooCommerce > System Status > Logs (if any).

    OK. Strangely that add packaging section just showed up in settings on my site when I went back in there. The only thing I changed – because I thought it was likely the next bit of info you’d ask for – was to turn on Logging in the Debug section of WooCommerce Shipping & Tax Status.

    I’m going to try to add package and see how far I get. I’ll pop back in with results… Odd…

    In your System Status I noticed that your PHP Version is lower than the minimum requirement, which could lead to unusual issues.

    As per our server recommendations, WooCommerce requires PHP 7.4 and above to run smoothly. Please upgrade your PHP to meet our server requirements. You can refer to the documentation here:

    I’m having a similar issue where I can’t seem to get my packages I add to stay added. Once I save them and then navigate away from the setting page and return, the packages are gone. The Label size etc all stay persistent. But not the packages.

    Thoughts?
