No access

    Hello,

    I have a member who can log in to my site but is unable to access all the pages. I am using Thrive Apprentice for the login. All other members have access to all the sites, but this particular member only has access to the welcome page after logging in.

    Any idea what I can do?

    Hi,

    was the user created via a UsersWP registration form?

    Are you using a content restriction tool?

    Is the role of that user correct?

    Yes

    Is the role of that user correct?

    Yes

    With all other users everything works without problems, but not with this user. And if I disable UsersWP, then this user can also access everything.

    I would momentarily edit the faulty user’s email, create a new user and see if the new user still has problems. If not, delete the old user.
