  • Splatts- did you try disabling the plugin via FTP? If you remove it or move to another folder it would disable the plugin and you should be able to get back in.

    I’ll let the developer answer on how to fix for further use. I was unable to install the plugin because of fatal error- decided to move on for now.

    Hi,

    This sounds like a conflict with another plugin. I need more information from you, like what plugins you have installed, if you can inactivate this plugin and then reactivate only it and no other plugins with the error still appearing.

    For anyone else having troubles like this, whether it’s this or any other plugin, inkeddigital has great advice above; deactivate the plugin by renaming its’ folder.
