No Access Login or Register Now Message

    Even as Administrator I cannot access any downloads on my site. I do not know what previous version I had but I did update recently. I get the popup everytime that I must be logged in to download. The downloads are on thirty pages of my site which cannot be accessed by anyone unless they are registered.
