no access to admin panel

  • Hy

    I can’t access to admin pannel
    after login (admin role) there is a redirection to homepage and I conot access to admin pannel even through top bar.
    I think I’ve been hacked but I don’t have backup
    Someone can help me please ?

    It seems that you are using some security plugin. That is hiding admin bar or redirecting you from dashboard to homepage.

    Please contact to developer. Or rename wp-content/plugins folder to wp-content/plugin-old and try again.

    I desable all my plugins, it’s not the issu

    Ok do one more thing ,just rename the htaccess file . And check again!

    Also please address your url then only we can check whether its hacked or not.

    Hi,

    It seems that you are not administrator. If you have access to PhpMyAdmin or MySql then:

    • open and click on your database.
      Click on users table. and find the id of your username.
      Then click on wp_usermeta and find search for that id.
      Then search wp_capabilities against that user id.
      Capabilities must be a:1:{s:13:"administrator";s:1:"1";} for administrator.

    I already created a new admin user. it’s not work.
    I think there one change user roles access but I don’t know how I can check it
