    Hi,

    I have the following problem:

    – when I activate the plug-in and log in through wp-admin, I am redirect to a page that says “You are currently logged in as “admin name” .

    – I see the admin dashboard above but when I click “Edit post” or whatever admin feature I am again redirected to a page saying “You are currently logged in as “admin name”.

I have all pms pages and I don’t have a paid member with my admin email.

    Can you please help me?

    Thank you!

  • Hi there,

As far as I know, our plugin can not do that.

But anyway, you may disable it by connecting via FTP and then renaming the Paid Member Subscriptions plugin folder.

If you do that, the plugin will be disabled, and all it’s functions will be disabled.

So if the problem persists, then it must be caused by something else.

    With the best of wishes,
    Gabriel

    Hello,

I am having I believe the same issue. I updated to the latest plugin version, and after that, I couldn’t get to the dashboard at all. It keeps redirecting me to the account page which I have setup as the landing page once users have logged in.

When I disabled the plugin, I was able to get into the dashboard.

Rolled back to 1.8.6 for now as that is the last known version that works on my site.

Please let me know if this is a completely different issue, I can create a new thread.

    Thanks,
    Ynah

    Hey Ynah,

So with 1.8.6 there is no problem, but with 1.8.9 the problem is there?

I keep trying to reproduce with no success so far, so I don’t know what’s happening.

Can you please send a screenshot of your Dashboard -> Paid Member Subscriptions -> Settings screen? With a focus on the bottom half.

    Thanks,
    Gabriel

    Hi Gabriel,

With my experience, yes that is correct. 1.8.6 works fine but there is an issue with 1.8.9.

On 1.8.9, I’m not even able to get to the Dashboard, not sure how I can send a screenshot..? I’ll see if I can replicate on my local – this happened on the live site and will not be ideal to change the version from there ??

I’ll let you know as soon as I can.

    Thanks,
    Ynah

All right then, thanks for looking into this. Waiting for the results from your local.

    Hello @purrple, @ynahpantig

Could you guys open a ticket on our website so we can investigate this further ? Link this thread in your email.

    Regards.

Also, 1 other thing to try:

Your browsers’s Private / Incognito mode. Does the problem persist there? Please try this.

    Thanks,
    Gabriel
