No access to camera

Hi, I am looking for a streaming solution –?and Jitsi seems to have all I need. But I don’t get the Camera / Micro to work. (Browser permissions are fine.)
In Jitsi (PlugIn). Micro and Video are crossed out with alert “You need to give permission to camera and micro” (in German)
When entering conference than, cam and mice also crossed out. When clicking on three dots, entering settings, there appear mic and cam options –?but no possibility to change “Permissions not set” (in German) to “Allow” or whatever.
