No access to menu “Widgets”. White screen.

  • Updated WordPress,themes (Graphene) and plugins to the latest version. I noticed that now not go in the widgets menu, not via console, not using the theme’s menu. Just a white screen. In the address bar writes the address of the site /wp-admin/widgets.php This situation is on all my 5 sites. Recovery to updates did not help.
    P.S. widgets in sidebar working properly but settings access no.

  • I am not quite sure, but if you updated everything, you can face plugin or theme conflict.
    In this case you need to deactivate all your plugins one by one and check the issue. Maybe you will find out which plugin causes the error. If it won’t help, try to switch temporarily to a standard WordPress theme.
    BTW you can enable debug mode and check for the errors.
