No Access to Woocommerce account to cancel or transfer subscription

I just relaunched a website for a client that uses an Authorize.net gateway plugin for Woocommerce. They’ve confirmed from their bank statement they get charged for their authorize.net woocommerce extension regularly, but they don’t have access to a woocommerce account. We don’t know who has the account, none of their emails they have access to are acknowledged. We can’t connect their store to their authorize.net properly so they can continue sales, so we either need to cancel the transactions somehow for the previous account we don’t have access to, or somehow get access.
