Thank you for reaching out to us for assistance. First, please ensure you have installed the latest version of the plugin, 2.9.10. Then, go to Instagram Feed > Settings > Instagram Accounts > remove any connected account(s) > click the Save Changes button. After this, click the blue Connect an Instagram Account button and go through the connection process again. When sent to Facebook, it is important you select Edit Settings, and select the correct account and related Facebook page, as well as all permissions asked for. If your account is correctly set up as a Business Profile, it will show up in the list when sent back to our plugin. Then, select your account as Primary Feed under Instagram Accounts and Save Changes again.
