No action when form is completed

    When a user fills out the form the page refreshes and gives no indication that anything happened. The plugin is working correctly in the background, sending the email, etc. Is there a way to either include a message (thank you for submitting your details) or to forward them on to another page?

    Hi there,

    The “Subscription Page URL (full web address ie: https://www.domain.com/this-page/)” option on the WP Email Capture > Settings page is the page that the user is forwarded to if the email gets sent correctly. If you put a page URL there, it’ll forward there.

    Isn’t this the url that they go to after they double opt-in? If not then I’m afraid it’s not working at the moment as the form just refreshes empty when they submit. It does go to the mentioned url when they click the subscribe link in the email however.

    There’s two options on that page:-

    1. Subscription Page URL (full web address ie: https://www.domain.com/this-page/) – this is the first step (after you fill in the form)
    2. Confirmation Page URL (full web address ie: https://www.domain.com/this-other-page/) – this is the second step (after you click the confirmation link)

    I’ve filled out the page in question and arrived at the same page. What have you got for both those options (for those lists)?
