No Activity Record on Search Event

  • Hello there,

    I’ve been using your plugin for one week and everything seems fine, except the search event.

    When I check the Search event in meta pixel page, there is no search data recorded for every search in my website.
    I’ve tried the test event tools, but I only see Page View event triggered, and the search event is not triggered.

    Am I missing something? Please advise

    Hello,

    I just made a test using the search box on the top of the homepage, and the Search event was fired as expected on the results search page. Do you land on that page when doing your searches?
