With regards to your issue that the latest bids are not displaying on the auction page, we have checked on your site, placed some of the bids and it looks like, there is an issue with the cache on your site.

Deactivate cache plugins that you are using on your site, If any cache plugin is enabled, it will not display the latest information so after disabling the cache, you will get the actual output.

So deactivate the cache plugins, clear the browser cache, and then check for the issue.

tuve que desactivar el plugin WP Super Cache para que funcionara. Incluso llegan los correos cuando un bid es superado. Tengo una última consulta, quiero comprar la versión pro para mi sitio, pero no estoy seguro de qué realmente valioso voy a encontrar.
