Hi, I’ve been using the Events Calendar plugin for the past few weeks. For some reason, I had to deactivate all the plugins on my website ( https://pithandsubstance.com/ ) and now when I re-activated all the plugins, the events calendar plugin doesn’t have a add events or all events feature. This is causing my website to lose a lot of potential users because I can’t add or view the events.

Note : Events tab on the dashboard shows only the Tags, Import, Settings, Events- Add on buttons.

Can you please provide me with detailed instructions on how to solve this issue?

    Thanks,

    PS

    Hi @hellops,

Thanks for reaching out. I’m really sorry you are having this issue.

As a first step I would recommend to do the following:
    – Deactivate all plugins
    – Activate The Events Calendar and check if it works ok, you can add events and stuff
    – If yes, then start activating the rest of the plugins one-by-one and check after every one if TEC still works.

This way you may find a conflicting plugin.

If that doesn’t help, then deactivate and delete The Events Calendar plugin from your website, and then re-install it. (You can do it on your Add new plugin page, or you can download it manually from here and upload it via FTP.)

Your settings should be preserved so don’t need to worry about that.

    Hope this helps!

    Cheers,
    Andras
