No add new button.

    Hi. I have several blogs on my website and I was wanting to Categorise them. I watched a WP tutorial video on how to do this. When I go to Appearance/Editor/Templates I find that there is no “Add new” button. I double checked another resource on the subject and it clearly shows an “Add new” button to add a category. I am using WordPress 2024.

    I have now found the “Add New” button in WP 2024 Theme.

    In the video I watched the Add New button (+) was on the top of the black side bar in the Templates section. In the 2024 Theme it is on top of the template pages to the right showing different Template formats. A blue box with “Add New” in writing instead of the crosshairs.
