no add new button in plugins

    I could not find any sidebar for the plugin. it caused that I could not add any new plugin because the plugin for coming soon page can’t be searched out by the current plugins. I am in my WordPress from the hosting.

    The absence of a sidebar for a plugin means that you do not have enough rights to configure or add plugins.
    We only support the Watson Assistant plugin and are solving problems that arise in its operation. Your question relates to issues with WordPress admin panel, not to the work of our plugin.
