No add-ons in cart

  • Hello,

    i’ve installed your plugin and successfully defined add ons, with specific price for each of them, but when i add product to cart i can only see product name in cart and total price. There are no selected add ons listed beneath the product name.

    However, on your demo, add ons are coming up there. How can i make them appear in cart and also further in checkout, invoice, email etc.?

    Hi there,
    please, try to deactivate all plugins and see if the problem disappear. If so, try to activate them again one by one and see which one produces the issue.
    If the problem is not from a plugin, try to activate the default theme Twenty Sixteen or Twenty Seventeen and see if you have the same issue.

    Also, if you have customized files in your theme, please try with a fresh installation without customization.

    Remember that if you have a plugin for the cache, you need to delete the cache before to disable it.

    Are you using am Ajax method to add products to cart?
    If possible send us the website url for a check.
