No add plugin

    Please describe your problem in more details.
    What difficulties do you face when adding a plugin:

    • Don’t you have the “Add new plugin” button in the admin panel of your site?
    • Can’t you add a few plugins or just the “Chatbot with IBM Watson” plugin?
    • Do you have another kind of issue?
