NO add plugin button ..so how do i install plugins?

i am having same problem, plugin option is missing from my admin panel..help

To add a WordPress Plugin using the built-in plugin installer:

Go to Plugins > Add New.

Under Search, type in the name of the WordPress Plugin or descriptive keyword, author, or tag in the search form or click a tag link below the search form.

Find the WordPress Plugin you wish to install.

Click Install Now to install the WordPress Plugin.

Is your site on WordPress.COM? If so, you can’t use plugins there at all – see:

@tonyburlton – did you figure out plugins? Your site is on DH so you DO have the plugin option so long as you are logged in as an Admin.
