No “Add to cart” button on “Related Products” and “Upsell”

  • When I add “Related Products” or “Upsell” on my product page (using Elementor Pro), there is no add to cart button. I tried changing the theme to Storefront, and the button then appeared.

    I have tried editing the button in Elementor, but it does not work.

    Go to Customize > Woocommerce > General section and remove the oceanwp custom woocommerce features. Let me know it works or not.

    Hi Amit,

    Thanks for the reply. Yes, it worked – but all the custom styling from OceanWP also disappeared. So while the add to cart button appeared, the rest of the shop looked really bad. So I enabled it again, as I like the OceanWP styling. Is there no other way of adding the buttons?

    Can you please disable all the plugin except Ocean Extra to troubleshoot the issue? If it works, then enable other plugins one by one to check for a possible conflict.

    I disabled all of the plugins except WooCommerce and Ocean Extra – still no luck unfortunately!

    Hi again Amit,

    I solved it – I had hidden the “Add to cart” button in Customize, and added it on the product page using Elementor. I did this because I originally only could add one of each product on the Archive page (there was no amount selector). I added a snippet to add this functionality (amount selector on the archive page), enabled the add to cart button in Customize, and now everything is perfect.
