No Admin access

Hello,

I have a Word Press Blog I set up through Dream Host at https://www.heathersomerville.com.

I cannot log in as an admin. I cannot log into my blog through wordpress.com as it does not register any of my user names, passwords or email addresses. The pages https://www.heathersomerville.com/wp-admin/install.index.php and https://www.heathersomerville.com/wp-admin/index.php are not found and point to 404 error messages.

Please help me resolve this. I don’t know if I missed a file download, and if I did, how I can go back and download all the files needed.
