No admin email notification of new subscriber

Hi, the only email notification that is NOT working is the admin notification email. An admin email notification is essential as we need to contact people the same day for our application.
1) When I use the supsystic “Test email function” I receive an email
2) When I subscribe (with double opt-in active) the submitting user receives an email to confirm email.
3) But, when a subscriber converts no admin email notification is received.
4) We checked the spam folder, it’s not there.
We need this to work or we can’t use your plugin at all. thank you.
