No admin login page

  • Help Please. I downloaded wordpress and was in my site building pages about 3 months ago. I did sometimes have a problem getting to the log in page. Now I can not get the log in page to appear from my link. How do I get in. I am not a computer genius, very bad at these things. The web guy who connected me said all ok his end ref to web host connection.
    I did get a new computer and have tried to download the zip file of the new version. Do I have to open this in a special way….unzip it How? I have tried to open on the old computer and no luck. My site is missing. I get a different web page with lots of companies on.

    The login page has just come on after 3 hours of trying. I cant believe it. Does anyone know why this happens?
    I am being asked to update to version 3.5 is this safe? do I install plugins or leave all as it is? Some people have had problems after upgrading.

    Now I can not login again. After the page was closed I went to get my admin login and there is no login page connecting.

    I can access https://www.joannehallspiritualawakening.com/wp-login.php on your site without the slightest problem. You are also using an older version of WordPress (3.4.2) so I would advise you to upgrade as soon as you login successfully.
