    Hi?@d4rkcloud,

Thanks for reaching out, and I’m sorry that you’re experiencing a JavaScript error.

Could you please try clearing your website, server, and CDN cache, then refresh your page to see if the error clears?

If you are using a plugin or server service that combines or minifies Javascript files, please disable that feature or plugin and recheck the page again.

If you are still seeing an error, please try logging into your site using your browser in incognito or private mode and check for the error.

If the error has cleared, it may be related to a browser addon or extension. Please disable your addons or extensions and check your page using the normal browsing mode. Then enable the addon or extension one at a time to locate the issue.

If the problem persists, please check for any plugin or theme conflicts by following these steps:

    1. Clear all caching and deactivate any caching or performance plugins. This also includes server caching such as Varnish and CDNs such as Cloudflare. You’ll need to clear your caches after any changes you make in the steps below.
    2. Now deactivate and reactivate All in One SEO and see if this resolves the problem.
    3. If not, please use the?Health Check & Troubleshooting?(https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/health-check/) plugin to debug possible conflicts by following these steps:
      1. Go to?Plugins > Add New?and install and activate the?Health Check & Troubleshooting?plugin.
      2. Go to?Plugins > Installed Plugins?and click on?Troubleshoot?below the All in One SEO plugin – This will temporarily disable all the plugins and switch to a default theme only for your user ID without impacting what your visitors see.
      3. See if you’re able to reproduce the JavaScript error. If not, activate your theme and check again.
      4. If you’re still unable to replicate the issue, activate the plugins one by one and simultaneously check if the JavaScript error occurs.
      5. Once you’re done troubleshooting, deactivate and delete the?Health Check & Troubleshooting?plugin.

    Looking forward to helping you.

It’s the same problem here: after a new update, all connections stop. We Cleared all caching and deactivated any caching or performance plugins, but it’s not solved yet.

    Hi @forsan73, @d4rkcloud,

I’m truly sorry for the inconvenience caused by the issue!

We are also experiencing this issue on several sites.

I thought I was just the one with this problem seems I am not! Clearly its something seriously wrong with the updated Version 4.7.4.1.

As others have suggested they are facing EXACTLY the same problem with this update and you can longer gain access to your admin panel. Also on all the products in the WORDPRESS product page are flashing suggesting it cant connect to anything.

The new update has clearly screwed up everyones websites and needs addressing.

Exactly the same issues I face as (@d4rkcloud), (@forsan73), and (@vapidjimbo) so come on chaps these needs addressing on what you have done on this new update!

It cant be all of us saying there is a problem of excactly the same when you have just applied an update that has screwed up all our AISEO pages!

Could you advise what you have done in this new update and why we are faced with these errors?

I HAVE EAXCTLY THE SAME ISSUES AS MENTIONED ABOVE SO CLEARLY THERE IS INDEED AN ISSUE!

    Hey everyone,

We are aware of this issue and are actively investigating it. We’re aiming to get a fix out today if all goes well. I’ll keep you posted.

Considering this is most likely a plugin conflict, providing us with a list of active plugins you are using on your site should help us speed up the process.

In the meantime, you can downgrade to the previous version using the WP Rollback plugin or by directly downloading the ZIP file here.

Please let me know if you have any questions.

@arnaudbroes I have applied the hotfix build that was emailed to me and can confirm that the admin dashboard is now showing again and also the products in WooCommerce look like they are functioning how they should be with your AIOSEO % Rating Details against each product.

Should this be something I need to be concerned about or are you intending to roll out this update with this fix on new updates from AIOSEO.

With the new update, my admin panel is back, however I still do not have AIOSEO in pages and post and considering that is where it is used, I guess I am going to have to go back to the dreaded Yoast. I am glad this worked for everyone else but it didn’t for me. I cleared the cache, my hosting doesn’t have a flush cache but it does have a reload. Nothing has worked, whatever this javascript did, it is buried somewhere I can’t get it out.

I thought I would try uninstall and reinstall one more time. I now have AIOSEO correctly only on Pages. However, where I need it on Post, it has moved itself into the right column and I can’t get it to layout properly at all unless I change screen options to one column which I hate that view. So, is there way to fix this glitch?

    Hey @rdpshop,

You can use the ‘Order Lower/Higher Indicator’ icon (https://a.supportally.com/i/YEN8t3) to change the order of the AIOSEO Settings section on the post edit screen.

Here’s a screencast example from my test site:?https://a.supportally.com/v/2EoxDr.

Please try this to reposition your AIOSEO Settings place as needed.

    I hope this helps.

    Thanks!

Thanks for the response. That was the first thing I tried but it wouldn’t work. I then tried dragging it over but it would bounce right back. However, I did get it fixed, I am sure it has something to do with my hosting since they don’t give me a Caching Flush like most hostings do. I had to uninstall AIOSEO once more. Then disable all plugins. I reinstalled AIOSEO only and went back to the post page. The high/low indicators still didn’t work but I was able to successfully drag it over and now all seems to be good. I am not sure where or what bad code was hanging on at, but everything is back to normal now and I appreciate everyone’s inputs and help on this.
