I just moved all my files to the root directory, and after logging in, i realize my wp-login page, and all of my admin control panel has not styling to it, it’s just the HTML, no CSS. What could be the problem?

  • Was it previously in a sub-directory of root? Check paths?

it was in a sub-directory. and where would I check my paths? in options > General? Because I have those changed, and the CSS for the main site is fine. It’s only the Admin and login page which is affected.

Hmm. echo get_settings('siteurl'); ?>/wp-admin/wp-admin.css" should work if the options/general path is set correctly…

WordPress address (URI): is where ‘siteurl’ is set. Make sure there’s no trailing slash?

And empty/delete the Blog address (URI): field…

    Then try again?

Hmm…that made me realize there was no actual wp-admin.css file. >_< D’oh! Thanks!
