    Hi,

I have an ecourse using this Affiliate plugin. As an affiliate and admin, when I log in, I can see the affiliate dashboard with no links or embedded info. I had my first affiliate sign up, but they are not directed to the affiliate Login dashboard when they log in.

I went to their user profile and changed their membership to Affiliate. Also, i see wp_affiliate at the bottom of their user page. I activated their membership. I also already set up creatives, etc. But none of that is showing.

Can you give me any suggestions on what I am missing?

    Thanks.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

PS I think once they log in for the first time it should take them to the stores terms and conditions, but it does not do that. How do I put that in place?

I do have this box checked:
    Show Terms and Conditions
If checked, a terms and conditions checkbox will be shown on the affiliate registration page.

    Hi,

As an affiliate and admin, when I log in, I can see the affiliate dashboard with no links or embedded info.

Are you login in as an admin or as an affiliate?

I had my first affiliate sign up, but they are not directed to the affiliate Login dashboard when they log in.

Please first check the following documentation to learn how the affiliate register and log in.

    https://wpaffiliatemanager.com/affiliate-registration-and-login/

I went to their user profile and changed their membership to Affiliate.

Are you talking about the WP Users profile?

PS I think once they log in for the first time it should take them to the stores terms and conditions, but it does not do that. How do I put that in place?

If the Automatically approve a new affiliate option is enabled in the settings (Affiliates > Settings > General), the affiliate application will automatically get approved.

    Thank you.

    Hi,

    1. When testing, I am logged in as an Affiliate, not admin.
    2. Yes, WordPress users.
    3. I checked documentation before posting here.
    4. It is not set to automatically accept. I approve first.

I just carried out a test in my dev site. I logged in as an affiliate and I was able to see links under Creatives tab.

    2. Yes, WordPress users.

    Okay.

    3. I checked documentation before posting here.

Thank you for letting me know.

Are they login in via WordPress login or via the affiliate login widget?

    Regards.

    Via affiliate login widget.
Should there be a short code on affiliate home page? Perhaps that is missing?

Yes, there is a shortcode in the Affiliate home page. Please check the following documentation for more information.

All those pages are present – still the issue persists.

Perhaps you should register as an affiliate? I can approve you, then you’ll see what the issue is.
