    Hello,
I’m using Yoast since a few years now, and i have a problem since a few weeks with the page analysis where nothing appear.
    Here a screen capture : https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B9Cx5umWV6dSbDhsOW1YNXREbEk/view?usp=sharing

I saw that i’m not the only one to have this issue, and i think i did all that you preconize to do (my plugin version is 4.9 actually) :
    – Admin > SEO > Dashboard > Features: Is the keyword analysis feature enabled? YES
    – Admin > Users > Your Profile: Is the SEO analysis feature UNchecked? YES
    – i disabled all my plugins except Yoast
    – i switch to freshly installed Twenty seventeen …

    The problem stay the same.

I really appreciate that you could help because this plusgin is just the best of its category !

    Thanks a lot, best regards.

Please make sure you’re running the latest version of WordPress (4.8) and the latest version of your theme. Also, we’ve seen similar issues reported by other users and it turned out that certain browser extensions and versions are causing the issue. Can you also try using another browser like Chrome or Edge?

This seems like a javascript conflict. Sometimes strange behavior may be caused by a plugin or theme conflict. The fastest way to rule out conflicts is to deactivate all non-Yoast plugins and switch to a standard theme like Twenty Seventeen. If this resolves the issue, you have a conflict and should activate one plugin at a time until you locate the conflict. Finally, after all plugins are active, switch to your theme. This will narrow down the conflict to a specific plugin or a theme conflict.

If you are unfamiliar with checking for conflicts, we wrote a small guide that will walk you through the steps. You can find it here: How to Check For Plugin Conflicts

    Hello ,
as i said in my first message :
    – Admin > SEO > Dashboard > Features: Is the keyword analysis feature enabled? YES
    – Admin > Users > Your Profile: Is the SEO analysis feature UNchecked? YES
    – i disabled all my plugins except Yoast
    – i switch to freshly installed Twenty seventeen …

    The problem stay the same.
Any idea to solve that problem ?
    Thanks a lot !

If the problem still occurs when Yoast SEO is the only plugin active and your theme is on Twenty Seventeen, we’d need to have a close look at your website to investigate the problem.
