no anchor in {{SUBSCRIBE-LINK}}

hello,
thank you for your great plugin.
Unfortunately, the confirmation email does not contain a link but only the pure link text, so that the user has to copy the link into the browser. I also cannot write HTML, the mail always comes in plain text. Can i change that?
