No answer from support: theme overriding plugin, and same email for staff member

I wrote 2 questions to the paid plugin support 2 days and half ago and received no answer for the ticket n. 34715 (about one staff member with multiple services in different hours, or 3 different “fake” staff members with the same email address).
For my other ticket n. 34714 I received an answer telling me that my theme (WordPress Twenty Seventeen) overrides the plugin, so the text in the booking form is too light and I can’t see what’s written. But after that nothing was made to solve the problem.
This is really urgent, my client needs to have this plugin working immediately.
