• I wrote 2 questions to the paid plugin support 2 days and half ago and received no answer for the ticket n. 34715 (about one staff member with multiple services in different hours, or 3 different “fake” staff members with the same email address).

    For my other ticket n. 34714 I received an answer telling me that my theme (WordPress Twenty Seventeen) overrides the plugin, so the text in the booking form is too light and I can’t see what’s written. But after that nothing was made to solve the problem.

    This is really urgent, my client needs to have this plugin working immediately.

    As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
