NO ANSWERS from their support team

  • Wonderful tool, but a VERY BAD support team!!!
    We are paying a PRO license so they are supposed to answer, to help us. They answer VERY, VERY LATE or they don’t answer at all They simply skip the difficult questions.
    I’m very disappointed with their support services!!!!
    Learn by yourself or find another tool, this is my recommendation.
