No answers to questions

Hello, I’ve been playing around with your plug in for a few days and whenever a survey is submitted I’m not getting any answers to the questions. I get the user name, email, phone number but %USER_ANSWER% is all that shows up in the email and on the dashboard of the plug in itself. I tried watching your recent tutorial on youtube and have been looking through old support posts to see if anyone else has run into this problem, but it hasn’t come up. Is there something that I need to input to get the answers? I’m stumped.
