No Appearance>Menu screen in 20-22

  • I just installed WordPress 5.9.2 and was setting up my site when I noticed there were no Appearance>Menus, >Customize, >Widgets or >Background screens in my 2022-theme dashboard. There’s only >Themes and >Editor (beta). I downloaded another copy of 2022 from www.ads-software.com and installed it, but this did not help. When I switched themes to 2021, the missing items appeared in my dashboard. I’ll work in 2021 for while but would like to run 2022 if possible. Thanks for any suggestions.

  • In the 20-22 Theme, block editor the only two sub-menus I got by default are Themes and Editor(beta).
    I have customize too but got that from a plugin (can′t remember which one thought)
