Our plugin might not be compatible with the payment plugin you are using for providing those payment methods. You can check by using a different payment plugin to be sure.
For some cases, when the smart bundles have the manually fixed total price or using the amount discount on the auto-priced total, some payment methods won’t let buyers to check out because we use a negative amount to offer discount. Some payment plugins don’t allow negative amount to be used in checkout – that is why these payment methods can’t be enabled.
We can’t change the mechanism of pricing or discount in our plugin, so this issue is irresolvable by nature, sadly.
