“No apps found” when logging in

I have been trying countless times to configure Cookie Notice and Compliance, but just keep going round in circles. Can someone help? I do the compliance check, it tells me my website is not compliant, I go to “Sign Up to Cookie Compliance”, select the naming style etc., then click “Apply Setup”. When I try to sign in with my existing account, I get a red box above the login fields saying “no apps found”. This is happening time and again and I cannot find a way past it. Can anyone help?
