• Hello. New to WordPress, but working my way through it.

I just installed this plug-in, filled it out per your instructions. Added [spreadplugin shop_category=”245413″] into 1 page. Cleared cache several times, but page only shows “No articles in Shop. Please rebuild cache.”, even when refreshed.
I’m using “The Shirt Shop” theme. Let me know if you need more info.
    Thanks.

    Thimo. Thanks for the response.

Yes, I clicked rebuild cache several times and it says “Rebuilding Page 1 of 1…Done Successfully stored page 1”.

I just tried it again minutes ago and it still isn’t working. Please advise.

    Thanks.

    Thimo.

I have the same question on here and on the Spreadshirt forum. I noticed you responded on that forum also.

In order to save you time and effort, please let me know which forum you would like to respond to and I’ll only deal w that one.

And yes, this is on the Godaddy hosting plan.

    Thank you very much.

    Hi Jay,

please contact godaddy to disable the cache. The WordPress hosting plan has a cache plugin active which you can’t disable yourself.

In most cases it’s something like an object cache.
