No artist display in shows listing

I’m using the simple [gigpress_shows] shortcode to display the basic table of shows, but the artist is not being displayed. I’m just seeing Date, City, and Venue but no Artist column. I’ve confirmed the artist is set up in the system. Any pointers here? Thanks.
