    When I try to create a new ticket any files I upload are not being sent via email notification both to customer and agent. But when I do while replying they work fine and get delivered by email. Anyways to fix this?

    Thanks for contacting us.

    Please make sure, you have enabled the attachments at Support > Settings > Rich text editor > Agent/Registered users/ Guest > Allow attachments.

    Also, check the attachments settings in notifications at Support > Email Notifications > General Settings > Attachments in notifications > Select Actual Files or Links.

    If this does not resolve the issue then please create a ticket on our Support portal.
