    Currently no attributes and variables for a client’s products.
    All the existing attributes are not showing on products as if they have been lost.

    I think this occurred after the update to WP6.3.
    Upgrading to Woo 8.1 from 7.9 did not resolve the issue.
    I’ve found in the database wc_product_attribute_lookup, which I think has something to do with it, but this isn’t something I’ve come across before.

    Any help would be much appreciated, as a support ticket has not been replied to in over 48hrs yet.

    Client’s site has currently no transactions going through it due to this.

    It doesn’t look like the 8.1.2 patch release is going to fix my issue. Please confirm?

    Sorry for the late reply, we’re experiencing a high volume of tickets recently.

    If you’re referring to this issue, it was already fixed in version 7.9. :?)

    Could you kindly provide us with step-by-step instructions and some screenshots to help us understand how to replicate this issue?

    Are they missing from the front end only, or are they removed from the Product > Edit > Attributes section as well?

    Lastly, please attach a copy of your site’s system status report. You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support” (after you scroll down a bit)”. Once done, please paste it here in your reply or via a text-sharing service like https://gist.github.com/.
