No audio on embedded Youtube Video

I’m using Elementor Pro for this site.

I’ve tried adding a video using the Video widget however cannot remove the play button / related vids etc no matter what I put in the settings.

I’ve got round this by adding a section (with spacer) and setting a video background. It works – autoplays and shows no credits however the audio is muted. Is there a fix for this? Happy to edit php files if needed. I’ve run a search to see if sections are muted by default however there are far too many results to decipher…
